ZYS developed series of bearing friction torque measuring instruments according to relevant standards and user 
requirements. The instruments are suitable for measuring dynamic friction torque (maximum friction torque, 
average friction torque and torque fluctuation) of various bearings, such as deep groove ball bearings, angular 
contact bearings, single row tapered roller bearings, etc.

Application of Bearing friction torque measuring instrument: it is suitable for testing the precision bearing rotation flexibility in the measuring room of bearing manufacturing workshop and quality identification of the bearing submitted for inspection by the testing institution.

Features of Bearing friction torque measuring instrument:

Axial loading, synchronous drive, reduce of basic friction torque with air bearing, and dynamic measurement of 
bearing friction torque variation with integral torque sensor. 

The measured curve of friction torque can provide reliable basis for users to analyze the bearing quality and
