2.7.1Fixed pad thrust bearing

ZYTCu-10 is selected as the bearing material for fixed pad thrust bearing, and additives are added to improve the casting process, so that it has excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, good high-speed performance and is not easy to produce occlusion. The structural design of the fixed pad fully considers the heat dissipation caused by sliding friction, which can effectively prolong the service life of bearings and is widely used in the field of electric submersible pumps.

2.7.2 Tilting pad thrust bearing

The tilting pad thrust bearing adopts three-layer composite material of steel matrix-copper layer-composite material layer, and the composite material of pad surface is modified polytetrafluoroethylene or peek, which has low friction coefficient and good heat resistance. The pads can swing slightly around the fulcrum, and automatically adjust the slope according to the requirements of load and rotation direction. It can adapt to a wide range of speed, load and viscosity, mainly bear axial load and also bear certain impact load, and is widely used in the field of high-end submersible pumps.
