                                                                   ZYS Torque Test Rig

This test rig can realize the friction torque test of many kinds of bearings, and has the characteristics of covering a wide range of bearing dimensions, and rotational speed. Besides, it can bear large axial and radial loads at the same time. In order to meet the above test requirements, the main body part of the equipment is divided into two test stations: for bearings with ID φ20-70mm and φ70-140mm respectively. Driven by servo motor and supported by hydrostatic pressure composite, the two stations are controlled by one set of electrical and automatic control system.
