Roundness is an important indicator of production quality. The roundness value of bearing parts has a direct impact on the processing benchmark and rotary precision, noise, vibration, life expectancy, assembly quality of bearing.

ZYS had successfully developed Y9025G high speed measuring instrument for bearing ring and ring part in the last seventies. This instrument is widely accepted by users because of its high measuring accuracy and easy adjustment. As a result, it had won the national invention prize, third grade. Entering the nineties, on this basis, we had developed the Y90G series high-speed roundness instrument the operation of this instrument is more convenient and the function is more powerful.
