ZYS tapered roller bearing include single row tapered roller bearing, double row tapered roller bearing and four-row tapered roller bearing.
Single row tapered roller bearings can support radial load and axial load in one direction. The radial load makes bearing generate an axial component force, therefore, this bearing is often used with another tapered roller bearings in conjunction. Tapered roller bearing can bear large axial load, but its speed performance is low. In addition, thanks to the separable inner and outer ring, mounting and dismounting tapered roller bearings are very convinient.
The most commonly used tapered roller bearings in machine spindles are 32000 dimension series.
