No excitation current

In addition, the spindle bearing in high-speed operation, there is a complex friction phenomenon, which also aggravates the heating intensity of the motorized spindle, so that the overall temperature of the motorized spindle increases, the thermal deformation is large, which seriously affects the machining accuracy of high-speed machine tools. If it is serious, the bearing will be burnt by metal bonding, which will lead to bearing failure.Compared with asynchronous motor, permanent magnet synchronous motor has the following advantages: small overall power loss and no rotor loss, higher efficiency; small motor volume; air gap flux density produced by rotor magnet, high power factor.
