Product Description

Cautions
1. Selection of lubricating oil: Choose no.32 turbine oil or no.7 white oil; It must be kept clean and free from impurities.
2. Oil filling method: The oil must be added from the oil filling hole. It is not allowed to remove the oil cup for oil filling.
3. Oil level height: It shall not be lower than the minimum oil level or higher than the maximum oil level.
4. Adjust oil droplets: adjust to 70-75 drops per minute.
5. Working pressure: The working pressure of the intake air should be maintained at 0.4Mpa, so the pressure gauge in the middle can reach 0.25Mpa.
6. Low air pressure alarm function: This function is normally closed contact signal. If the air pressure is higher than 0.25Mpa, the alarm contact signal can work normally; If the air pressure is lower than 0.15Mpa, the circuit will be automatically disconnected and the alarm contact signal will not work.
7.Oil shortage alarm function: This function is normally closed contact signal. If there is lubricating oil in the oil cup, the alarm contact signal can work normally; If the lubricating oil in the oil cup is lower than the maximum oil level or there is no lubricating oil, the circuit will be automatically disconnected and the alarm contact signal will not work.
8. Current and voltage requirements: The current connecting the machine tool to the oil mist lubrication device shall not exceed 30 mA, and the voltage shall be DC 24V.
