Roundness is an important indicator of production quality. The value of bearing parts roundness has a direct impact on the processing benchmark and rotary precision, noise, vibration, life expectancy, assembly quality of bearing.
Our corporation had successfully developed Y9025 high speed  measuring instrument for bearing ring and ring part in the late seventies The instrument well received by users because of its high measuring accuracy and easy adjustment, which got national invention prize, third grade. Enter the nineties, on this basis, we had developed the series Y90  high-speed Roundness Instrument by the significant improvements, so that the operation is more convenient and function is more powerful. Instrument performance improved significantly.
     Y9014, Y9020, Y9025 three instruments have similar structure but different measuring range. According to the measuring accuracy the instrument is divided into a variety of models, it also equip ball fixture , ceramic ball fixture, needle roller fixture etc for user.
     Y905 roundness instrument is newly developed production, mainly be used for rapid measurement of ball roundness.
