Four row taper roller bearing
Taper roller bearing can withstand joint load from axial and radial direction (majorly radial direction). Four row taper roller bearing apply two inner rings with double aceway, an outer ring with doube raceway and two outer rings with single raceway. The spacer was applied between inner ring and outer ring in order to adjust the proper clearance, its performance is similar to double row taper roller bearing, which can endure heavy radial load but the maxium rotation speed is low. Such bearing is majorly used for heavy machinery, such as steel rolling mill etc.
The axial clearance of taper roller bearing is critical to its performance. When axial clearance is low, the temperature rise of bearing will be high; when axial clearance is high, the bearing will be easily damaged. Therefore axial clearance need to be adjusted carely for mounting and running of taper roller bearing.
