I. Full automatic line for small sized ball bearing
Main features of full automatic line for small sized ball bearing: 

1. Implemented with CNC equipment in production line, the feed slide is driven by AC servo motor&ball screw, the display is DIGITAL plasma touch screen, and equipped with constant power adaptive control system. 
2. Use MARPOSS in-process sizing gauge. 
3. The data of the sizing machine mounted outside is feedback to the machine feeding system to automatically control the size. 
4. High rigidity & high power electric spindle is used with oil-air lubrication. 
5. Enable CBN grinding & superfinishing. 
6. Enable auto in-process dynamic balancing. 
7. Having tele-monitoring, tele-diagnosis & communication function. 
8. Auto avoiding collision & guaranteeing the quality of the bearing. 
9. The apparent of the whole auto line is beautiful colorful & delightful, the auto line is also easily to operate and change.

II. Full automatic grinding machine/machine tool for ball bearing internal groove  

 

Main features of full automatic internal grinding machine 

1. Equipped with MITSUBISHI PLC control system from Japan, dynamic display the grinding using plasma touch screen. 
2. Feeding system is driven by AC servo motor and ball screw, can realize high precision faster approach and high sensitive slower feeding. The minimal resolution is 0.25 μm. 
3. The speed of the oscillation machanism is regulated through AC frequency converter. 
4. Equipped with MARPOSS in-process sizing gauge. 
5. The wheelhead and the work feeding system are equipped with high precision and preloaded cross roller guideway to ensure rigidity and long service life. 
6. The speed of the work spindle is regulated through frequency converter. 
7. Enclosed machine guard has beautiful apprearance and safe function. 

III. The superfinishing machine

Main features of the superfinishing machine
This series of superfinishing in the way of centerless through-feed machine the surface, including the needle roller, cylindrical roller, taper roller, bearing ring, oil-needle, piston, spool etc. 
After grinding process, the superfinishing process can improve the surface quality and the geometrical precision; The machines have high efficiency, precision and reliability, etc. It is widely used in the industry of bearing, car, motorcycle, pin valve oil pump and hydraulic parts, especially suited for superfinishing the crown of taper roller and cylindrical roller. 
Through special designing and processing of guide roller, we can acheive several types of rollers, such as arc full crown type, logarithmic type.
