These series of superfinishing machines do superfinishing processing in the way of centerless penetration for the outer surface of the bearing ring, needle roller, cylindrical roller, taper roller, oil needle, plunger, valve core.

Under the basis of grinding process, the superfinishing processing can improve the surface quality and the geometrical precision. The superfinishing machines have the features of high efficiency, high precision, and hgih reliability etc. They are widely used in the industry of the bearing, car, motorcycle, oil pump and hydraulic parts, especially suited for superfinishing the crowned taper roller bearing and cylindrical roller bearing.
Through special designing and processing the guide roller, several crown types of rollers, such as arc full crown type, logarithmic type can be achieved.
