Product Description

The machine tool spindle is the most important part of the machine tools. The traditional machine tool spindles are driven by gearing. ZYS electric spindles are the embedded motor spindles, which drive the shaft directly to work by driving power. So our high frequency spindles reallize the compounding of motor and shaft.

The electric spindle for grinding have MD, MDF, MDT, MDS, MDK series. Grinding spindles are characterized by high precision, high speed, high power and high rigidity. Tool grinding spindles are widely used in internal grinding, external grinding, forming grinding, thread grinding, etc.

Product features of ZYS grinding spindle:
1.Constant power section design reduces the cost of the inverter.
2.Reliable life with the application of P4 precision ceramic ball bearings.
3. Low heat loss with use of Copper rotor motor or imported motor.
Based on the above features, our high frequency and high speed spindles play the important role in improving the production efficiency and machining quality.

Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd.,since1958, is the only
state level comprehensive research institute in China's bearing
industry. We have total assets of 2.06 billion RMB, own one research and development center, three industrial bases and cover

The brief introduction of ZYS spindle workshop:

In 1958, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute set the 308 Research Group to develop the spindles. After more than 60 years of development, it has gradually developed from the original scientific research institution into the company which collects the spindle research, development and production as a whole. The production area of spindle workshop reached 32,800 square meters. Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd. is the main drafting unit of spindle national standard, the chairman unit of the spindle branch of China Machine Tool Industry Association, the leader of the 863 spindle project, the responsible unit of the "Eighth Five-Year Plan", "Ninth Five-Year Plan", "Tenth Five-Year Plan" and major national science and technology projects for CNC machine tool spindle. It is also the location of Henan Machine Tool Spindle Engineering Technology Research Center.
